Consultation appointments are typically seen in the afternoon while surgical procedures are scheduled in the morning. We will make every effort to schedule your visit at a time that fits well with your schedule. If you have severe pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you on the day that you call. We try our best to stay on schedule & to minimize the time that you spend waiting. Due to the fact that Dr. Worley provides surgical services, various unforeseen circumstances may lengthen the time that was allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We will ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment (whether consultation or surgery) in order to finalize any last minute details. A preliminary evaluation (consultation) is necessary before most surgical procedures and is in the patient's best interest. At this initial visit, personal registration information will need to be collected along with any medical and dental Insurance details. This appointment will consist of an assessment of the patient's medical / health history, an examination, a discussion of findings (diagnosis) and finally any treatment recommendations. Relatively minor procedures such as a simple tooth extraction or a biopsy may in some cases be completed on the same day as the evaluation. However, a more complex medical history, a more involved treatment plan, or even an extremely full schedule will require that a second appointment be scheduled to provide treatment on another day.
